Someone finally returned my call to say my order would not be shipped until the end of March, which will be 2 1/2 months since I placed the order

Great prices. One problem I had was receiving an email several days after the order was placed saying the light bulbs I ordered were out of stock. No further explanation or expected date but my order was accepted. The bulbs came about on time so it turned out ok.

The transformers were delayed by several weeks without any notice from Louie as to the delay. When I called all I got was an answering machine.

the actual pendants are blown glass and came with less color variations than are in the catalog on line. It's not a problem, but the pictures should reflect the actual product
