I've shopped with you before and always received what I wanted in a very short time.

The on line purchase was simple and efficient. The dive skin was defective. the stitching on the right sleeve left the seam open for about 3 inches. This was not discovered until the item was needed so it was used it in the defective condition.

Wrapping on manual was ripped open and i don`t know if things were missing.

The initial order arrived ahead of schedule. I had to exchange several items because they were the wrong size and the customer service people were courteous and exchanged the items without any delay or fuss. The exchange items arrived in 48 hours. Great place to buy scuba gear from!

Everything went very well and they took every possible measure to ensure that I received my order as fast as possible.
