Everything was excellent and priced great except shipping. I am traveling so I needed it shipped to St Thomas. Since your shipping options are so limited it cost me all the savings of your sale in shipping ($83!) USPS priority mail would have been $20. Fedex would have been around $40. We spend a lot of time here so we are very familiar with shipping costs here. UPS is the most expensive way to ship to St Thomas by far.

I looked through many websites for dive gear and found LeisurePro. They had an outstanding selection and awesome prices. I wound up buying an entire setup from them. Most of the items I purchased were shipped free. They were processed, shipped and arrived quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase, have referred friends and will be ordering from LeisurePro again.

One wetsuit was back ordered and the directions in th e-mail were clear about what I had to do. When I called to cancel the backorder the Agent was very helpful and offered a substitute which was an upgrade at a reasonable price increase. I was very pleased with the service and the delivery speed.

I used Leisure Pro for the first time last week, and I will tell you what, that store is amazing. I ordered a BCD (for scuba diving) but after payment they told me that the BCD I ordered was not available anymore. At first I was upset but then they offered me a different one that was the same style or one that was about $200 more than mine for the price that I was going to spend on the original one. I ended up letting them know that I was going to buy 2 of the ones they had out of stock so they said that they would match the price on both of the BCD's for me. I basically got buy 1 get one free for the trouble I went through. The responses to the issue came quickly and I am not dissatisfied at all with the website. I will continue to shop there with confidence and they also have awesome closeout deals! Thanks LeisurePro!!!

I want to tell all about the fantastic service that I have received from LeasurePro. I purchased an expensive wrist dive computer from this establishment about two years ago and used it on several dives. I was very happy with my purchase. Unfortunately during a recent refresher dive my wrist computer failed and went blank showing an error message. I casually mentioned to my local dive shop and received an ear full from the manager about how I should not purchase dive equipment from LeasurePro and that they do not stand behind their products. I am happy to say that LeasurePro not only took my watch in for repair and repaired it they only charged me for a new battery. So I want to let it be known they sure do stand behind their products and go the extra mile to service the products that they sell. Please do not think twice and purchase dive equipment from them and their prices cannot be beat.

One of the items I wanted was not available so I opted to cancell the order of this item rather than wait for a backorder. Unfortunately I had already paid for the item via paypal. I emailed LeisurePro regarding a refund of the item and the reply was that I would automatically recieve a refund at a later date. I still have not recieved the refund and I do not feel that this was acceptable service. I have puchased thousands of dollars of dive gear from LeisurePro over the past two years and would expect that they would want my continued patronage but they do not appear to care.

I bought a Sea Life DC 1200 underwater camera from Leisure Pro.  I took it to Hawaii and used it on my scuba trip.  After going down about 10 feet the camera would not work.  When I got back I wanted my money back because the camera was defective. They stated the camera was flooded but I know for a fact the camera was not because the camera still worked on land or above 10 feet in the water.  They also stated that they can not refund money for an item that has been used.  They were unable to explain to me how I can determine if an item is defective without using it.  The only thing I can do now is warn others to stay away from them.  They do not treat their customers fairly or stand behind their products.

I found a sale on an Oceanic dive computer in a "watch band" ... The deal was so good I had to buy one for my repair kit as a backup. The dive computer shipped quickly.

I got the fins :) I knew exactly what I wanted before shopping online so it was very easy for me, I went in ordered them and got them a week later, so I am happy. I love these fins, I had the exact ones before but lost one in a boat accident and I knew I wanted the same ones again.
