Waste of time and money

Delivery Speed: We paid $15 to make sure we would get my mothers mask in time to do our open water that was coming in 4 days. I later found out we would have received the mask in time with standard shipping that was only $6.
Order Accuracy: The mask came on time and it was the correct mask but the scuba mask box was damaged. The mask didn't have any visible damage. The first day of our open water, my 51 year old mother had water pouring into her mask for our entire first dive. I felt horrible. This probably wasn't leisure pro's fault but they should have better packaged to prevent damage.
Customer Service: They took care of the mask...in a month. It's a good thing we didn't have a dive within that time.
Overall Satisfaction: I would have rather paid an extra $20 and got a mask from a dive shop. I have heard horror stories about Leisure Pro but I though "what can go wrong with a mask?" I'm more upset with the situation than I am with Leisure Pro.
My advice: Spend the extra money at your dive shop so they can help you if anything EVER goes wrong.
