I have purchased many items from Lands End Online Store. It is easy to order the accuracy of my order has been perfect. When they call me to clarify my orders their customer care specialists are wonderful. The customer service is exceptional in fact. When I call them before ordering just to ensure that colors match or that sizes are correct the customer care people are courteous and very knowledgable.

Often I will shop after I receive a catalog. I will look through the catalog and then go online to find the item. Then I will purchase the item online with my credit card.

I particularly like the online model that I can use to make myself feel like I am trying on clothes. My sister is handicapped and sometimes she and I will meet online and shop online together to try to make us feel like we used to feel when we shopped together. We will browse the pages of the online store. She will be on one Instant Message and I will be on the other and the two of us will chat as we shop. It is a wonderful experience for us and a wonderful opportunity for us to do what we always enjoyed doing together, shopping.

The quality of Lands End cannot be beat. I have ordered everything from baby clothes to shoes to jacket and snow suits. Everything I have ordered online for my babies has been handed on to other children and they continue to look like new. I like to purchase my children's summer water shoes online at Lands End. I cannot always find the selection of items that is online when I go to Sears where Lands End items are sold. So I will shop online. The water shoes are a bit larger than the expected shoe size and so my kids will be able to wear them all summer! They last!

I have purchased hats, mittens and especially tights. When my daughter was younger I purchased tights for her from Lands End. They were the only tights I could find that she never tore at the knee or the big toe. If you have a daughter who likes dresses and tights, I recommend you pay the price and order the tights from Lands End. They will last a lot longer than the cheap ones at the department store. Well worth it.

I believe in quality. I like items that last, and I am willing to pay a little more to get items that last. Lands End clothing last. And it is the same quality online as it is if you order from the catalog or if you go to the local Sears store and purchase off the racks. Personally, I prefer getting it in the mail.

The best part is that my order always arrives before it is supposed to. In fact I have ordered one day and received my order in the mail the next morning. It is easy and a wonderful experience. It makes online shopping better than going to the store. Plus I can be sure by the packaging of my clothing that no one else has tried on my new clothes. These are all mine.

Springtime is coming and I will be ordering outfits for my sons for Easter from Lands End. The quality is outstanding and my boys clothing always looks nice no matter how many times I wash the item!

For my husband I purchase thermaskins for him every year. I remember one year when I went to purchase them I was impressed that Lands End had a not available notice, and they stated that the items had come in and were not up to their quality requirements so they were not selling them. I appreciate knowing that Lands End takes pride in what they sell. When I purchased them later on I knew they would be the same quality we always enjoy.

I also appreciate that I can shop at Lands End through my upromise account, thus putting more pennies into my upromise college account. I am glad that Lands End is part of that program.
