I needed to have a RMA for 3 returns, had to wait 2 days to recivie the #, then during that time I think I have waited to long to have the return.

We had to return one of the two lamps we bought and the Customer Service person I spoke with was very nice and made the return process completely painless (which we appreciate immensely). We also greatly appreciate that they participate in the UPromise program (which is why we purchased from them and how we found them).

Could "shop" on line or with a personal representative. Phone calls were returned quickly, information complete and available, and my rep was very personable and helpful. I will definitely use and refer this merchant.

Had great experience the first time I ordered something (product is not great quality but looks like the picture) but second and last time was horrible. Lamps were not described well and were of very poor quality. When I called to return them was told they could not assist me and I had to call shipping companies myself. Due to the marble base on these horrible lamps the cost to return them was significant. Once I receive my refund I will be removing myself from the mailing list and will not be ordering from them again.

My order was placed online and mailed to me. I immediately left your Concord, CA store which was crowed with customers but understaffed. One sales person on the floor to about seven customers and one person behind a counter to six people in line. I would avoid the retail stores at all cost.

My online experience was excellent. Going into the store however is very time consuming as the wait for help is quite long. The salespeople however are very helpful and friendly.

Very easy to find what I needed and had a small selection to chose from. No other lamp dealer offered this item so to me this was a GREAT find!!! Packaging was excellent..[product well protected). Product arrived before scheduled time frame. Great experience.

I were very pleased with Lamplus in the past but I'ev never shopped by e-mail. The experience was one to remember. As I said I ordered my last purchase by e-mail however my purchase was suppose to arrive on the 24th. of March the same day my family and I were going on a trip; we tried to stay around until the package arrived which it never did. So we took our trip ,called my sister to come by the house to see whether or not the UPS truck drop it off however they did not. So we returned home a week later and had a message on our answering service indicating that The Edward Jones Investment Co. had a package that they was delivered to them ,and that it only had my name and zipcode but no address. I thought for sure I would never see my lamp, now that was my experience with my last order I hope to never have to go through that again.

The on-line process was easy to follow. The lamp and shade arrived, packaged in two separate boxes, arrived together and very quickly and in good shape. It was a very easy and good shopping experience.

I was initially told the mirror was in stock, but about 5 days later, I received an email stating that it would be another month before I received the item. Shortly before receiving the item, I received an email stating that it had shipped and I could track it online. The tracking number wasn't valid or entered into the Fedex online system, so I couldn't ever tell if it was on it's way. I did receive it, but it was never in Fedex's system online??? On the bottom of the mirror there is a small area that's been touched up and the paint doesn't match the rest of the mirror. If I could exchange the mirror at a local store and not go through the hassel of an online return, I'd exchange it. It's not of the quality that I would have expected.

The item I ordered was suppose to ship in 3-4 days. At 7 days it still had not shipped so i called and cancelled the order. 3 days later the order arrived. I refused it and sent it back. The merchant charged mycredit card (EVEN THOUGH I CANCELED THE ORDER) It is not 1 month and i still have not recived a refund from this merchant. P.S. I found a like Item at a like price at HOME DEPOT

Order took longer than I expected and therefore, I had to purchase alternative lighting locally because a company was siding the house and needed the lights. I am keeping the lights because I am over the 21 day return policy. However, I will see if my Son can use them. I have made several purchases from Lamps Plus and have had a good experience and the quality of the merchandise is great.

I have purchased at the stores, and they are very good, but the on-line selection is superior (quantity). The only down side to on-line shopping is you can't see the item, only a picture. The "free shipping" offer, and the good price of the item made it easy for me to decide I did not want to wait to replace the fixture, so I bought it more or less on premeditated "impulse".

Love Lamps Plus and their product selection, shipping conditions etc...they take tremendous efforts to ship products well packed. UPS tracking did not properly track my shipment so it arrived on my doorstep unexpected and sat on my porch while I was out of town. I called Lamps Plus to alert them to UPS's poor tracking - I do not think Lamps Plus was responsible for UPS' poor tracking!! Will order from them again and I tell all my friends about them

Received wrong product because 2 products had the same SKU number on them....but customer service was very helpful and I got to keep one of the products to try for free.....

The only negative thing about my experience was for whatever reason,there was a delay (almost a month) in my purchase being shipped. An E-mail indicating a delay would have been appreciated, but I never received one.
