Apparently my item had glitch in shipping, as I got a notice from fed ex that item was being " re-shipped with new tracking number". Took a few days longer than expected but I am happy with purchased lamp. Thai you

I have purchased items from lamps plus many times and have never been unsatisfied. The company delivers what they promise and they deliver on time. Considering that they deal in a lot of fragile items I have never received anything broken from them. Love the company, love my sales rep and will continue to buy from them when I am in need of an item they sell.

Experience overall was good. One of the 2 light fixtures was slightly bent. I didn't notice this until after I had put it up so it wasn't worth returning it.

The merchandise looks poorly made and is completely unsatisfactory. Lamps Plus obviously does not have a good " quality control " process. I will not waste any more time with this retailer.

I was totally happy with my purchase. Lamps Plus website is very easy to navigate and they have a good selection. If you want a custom printed shade it's awesome to get exactly the color you want. I even found a coupon code for $10.00 off and their check-out page accepted it, no problem. I ordered my fixture on the weekend, less than 48 hours later they notified me that my CUSTOM light had shipped. In 6 days it was delivered to the northeastern US. I have absolutely NO complaints about my experience with Lamps Plus and I love my light.

Buyer BEWARE I ordered from Lamps plus open box and recd a completely broken floor lamp in a broken box - this is a 6 foot box Heavy  -it was delivered to my door but they expect me to carry it to a fedex drop point.   consumers the true worth ...

Don't really care for buying on line but stores do not carry such an array of choices. Did like having so many styles to choose from. Also liked the customers ratings of the lamp I bought.

Customer service is excellent. The only problem I have had with my orders from Lamps Plus is Fed Ex delivering the product to the wrong address. This has happened twice with Fed Ex, but Lamps Plus was very helpful both times.

I purchased 2 sets because the first one had a faulty lamp. QC is very important and I am distrusting online shopping more and more as a result of numerous issues with damaged/dirty goods purchased through online channels.

Never again.  I ordered 2 table lamps and it took 11 days for delivery.  I got the right lamp bases but the shades were completely different from what I had ordered--different color and different shape.  I called the local store to see if I could just exchange the shades--no, not in stock.  When I ordered the lamps, I was assured that I could return to the local store if there was any problem.  But the local store told me that I had to contact customer service for the return credit and then I could bring them in.  Called customer service at 4:40 pm on Friday and no one would process the return credit for me--not until Monday morning.  So--I'm the customer who has all this hassle because Lamps Plus screwed up.  I have to make phone calls, I have to wait until someone there will process a simple credit, I have to repack the lamps, and I have to take them to the store.  And 2 weeks laters, I will still not have lamps.  And they could care less.
