Order placing was good/normal, no issues, problems, or otherwise. The e-mail receipt came in fine, but when they e-mailed to let me know they shipped it didn't have a tracking number on it, only a link that was broken, so I was unable to track it. The order was shipped UPS and delivered by UPS... The flag pole came with a broken ball that sits on top of the pole. It was only fixable using super glue, it now serves it's purpose but isn't as pretty as one cold be without all the glue on it. I haven't installed it yet but it seems pretty straight forward and I should have no issues with installation. I would give this product a three start rating one because it came damaged, but was fixable, if it wasn't for those two things it would have gotten a five star rating.

I ordered online on items once backordered just three days prior, a can crusher and a newspaper brick maker used for making your own fire starter. The paper brick maker is an excellent way to recycle and is an econmical way to start fires in your fireplace or for outside camp fires.  Very easy to make these, you can turn out many bricks in a short time after soaking your newspaper and such over night. Low smoke too! I am called a penny pincher so it was an excellent way to pick up the can crusher so we had been cruching drink and beer cans with a brick before bagging them for recycling, not anymore. Shipped the very next day and I had the items just two days after ordering them. Seems they have regional shipping warehouses. Well packaged and in great shape. Fun catalog to look at and there is always something in them I want. Passing it on the wife, Christmas will be here before you know it. Will definitely shop there again. Thanks Kotulas for making this a easy and fun shopping experience.

We gave the chair as a gift & the receiver is very happy with it. The Dog Repeller was to stop the neighbors dogs from barking as we pass by their fence while walking our dog each morning. It has worked fantastically so far!! It is also works as a trainer for your own dog. Thank you:)

I don't know how we got on the mailing list for the catalog, but we are glad we did. We then went to the web site and have marked it on our favorites list. We love unique and never been seen before items to give as gifts. The web site is fabulous and easy to navigate and the checkout process is easy to operate.

If I had known that I would still be on back order 10 days later with no update as to when I could expect the product I would have ordered the product from another vendor. Placing an order and then having to wait and wait and wait. No vendor updates at all. Quite frankly I am done shopping on Amazon if this is an acceptable practice by vendords that do to business on their website.

Item sent to me was of very inferior quality, likely not due to handling by Kotula's, but shoddy manufacturing. Assembly instructions enclosed by manufacturer were nearly undecipherable. I have returned this item, but that does not mean I will not do business with Kotula's in the future; they were very prompt in issuing a return authorization and emailed a UPS label to me the same day.
