Worst processing time ever. I hate Kohls!
I went to Kohls on black Friday to buy my husband a coat. They were out of stock and the sales person helped me order the coat from the kiosk. I had a number of problems getting my order to go through and then the kiosk crashed. After getting it reset my order went through and I got an email confirmation stating the order should arrive between December 6th-9th. When the package did not arrive on the 6th I checked the status online and noticed that it still says it is in fulfillment status!
I called Kohls customer service and the rep said she would open a case to let the warehouse know it needed to ship right away. She then assured me it would still be arriving between the 6th and the 9th. I told her the 6th is already over and she seemed confused, but assured me the coat would arrive in the next three days.
I placed another online order about 5 days ago and noticed that it is also STILL in fulfillment status as well. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any company getting merchandise out of their warehouse. It shouldn't take over 13 days to ship merchandise after a customer has paid for it!
