Kohls.com Customer Service is horrible. Never again will I order from them!
I purchased a Soap Dispenser from Kohls.com. When my package arrived today, they sent me a red halter top instead. I called customer service and told them about the problem with the order and was told that Fedex wasnt supposed to deliver my package for another 2 days- so they couldnt do anything about this for 2 days. I hung up and called back- and was told that I would have to exchange it to at the Kohls store. If they had the item in the store to begin with, I would not have paid shipping to buy it online in the first place. Then I was told, I could reorder the soap pump...but I would have to pay for it again with a credit card, but I would still need to return the stupid halter top to the store. For my trouble, they offered me a 10% discount. (I purchased the item onsale, plus I had an additional 15% coupon- now the item is back to regular price, but they are offering me 10% off for my trouble- plus they want me to pay shipping again for the new order)...All I was asking them to do is send me the item I ordered and a call tag to send back this shirt. It shouldnt have been so hard. Ultimately, I did go to the Kohl's store to return the shirt. But, I will not be reordering anything else from Kohls.com. Their customer service is horrible, and everybody apologizes for the mistake, but doesnt do anything to fix the problems.
