DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a blender on 5/11 and the next day told it was back-ordered 10-14 business days. Never once on the site did they mention the item was not in stock or back-ordered. You would think useful information - right? Sent an email on the 11th business day (5/25) to check status and was told it was still back-ordered and to wait a 'few' more days. On 16th business day (6/2) I conducted a live chat with a company rep (Darlene) and was told it was due into their center on 5/20. She told me she would contact me at the end of the day with an update. Of course, no one called or emailed an update. I patiently waited another 1/2 day (6/3) and then started another chat and lucky me I ended up with Darlene again.Here it is the exact exchange via chat:

You: Darlene....I thought you were going to get back to me about my order?
You: You: yes;Can you give me a status of my order? Order number 952787You: last name:sYou: zip: 30062Darlene: One moment and I will checkYou: not sure why i have two order numbers but here is the original one:You: 845489You: May 11, 2011
You: from our conversation yesterday
Darlene: Hold one please. I have been very busy today. I don't come in until 11:30 Am. Let me look at this.
Darlene: I remember now. The mfg. has not called me back. Hold and let me see it I can get someone at the mfg.
Darlene: I do apologize for the delay, all lines are busy at the mfg.Please
Darlene: They want me to leave a message. I will e-mail, our representative and see if I can get you an answer by Monday.
You: cancel my order and credit back my CC. I am going Amazon and I will get the product by mid-week at the latest. Should have never tried you guys out....
You: absolutely terrible customer service
Darlene: I will have  them cancel your order. Your card has not been charged. I do apologize.
You: who is the right senior exec to speak to about the terrible customer experience?
Darlene: You can contact Mary on Monday at 1-800-541-8683.

Guess what I did? I order from Amazon and I will have it by next week - guaranteed. I think almost four weeks is too long to wait for a blender that is in stock pretty much everywhere on net. I guess that serves me right for trying out the low cost vendor.
