Excellent. Great coat, great price, fast customer service. In 2005 & 2006 I was really disappointed in the choices at JCPenny (I could never find anything I like), but in the past 6 mos. I have purchased my bedroom furniture, my college son's wardrobe, clothing for myself (including 3 coats), husband, and 3 other children. Great job!

The order arrived about a week earlier than I had anticipated since the shipping time was supposed to be 2 weeks. One of the slip covers has a broken zipper so I will be contacting someone about returning it and getting another one shipped. Pleased with the product and the shopping experience. Penney's Web Site is very easy to use.

I placed the order early Feb. I recieved it on the 21st. I ordered my exact size but the one item was very small even though marked my size and the others color was misrepresented in the catalog and online. I have to return both.

I LIKED THE PRODUCT UP CLOSE JUST AS MUCH AS WHEN I SAY THE DRESSES ON LINE. THE MATERIAL ACTUALLY WAS HIGHER QUALITY THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. THE WAY THE DRESS FEELS ON MAKES ME FEEL GOOD OR NOT. IN THIS CASE GREAT. THANK YOU

I will never shop at JC Penney again, either online or in their store. I must say that until this purchase, I was a loyal customer and had been for many years. I actually purchased most of my Christmas gifts this year at jcp. The customer service was horrendous and although I called and attempted to correct a mistake, no one would listen to me or help me resolve my problem. Shame on a company that has been so well known in the past for an excellent shopping experience!
