J&P, Will definitely do it again!

Pros:  Excellent service. Easy to use. Competitive pricing.

Cons:  Not all parts listed online.

The Bottom Line:  Have bought a variety of parts from J&P. Would certainly do it again. The staff is always extremely helpful. Quality parts for less. Some parts you can't find elsewhere.

I needed to replace a hydraulic line for one of my motorcycles. Kawasaki wanted over $100 for a stock replacement. I didn't think it was worth it and wanted to build my own from high performance parts, particularly braided steel lines and chrome fittings.

After seeking help from local motorcycle and performance shops, I found that the Japanese bike shops looked at me funny and the Harley shops were not willing to even talk to me because it was for a "Non-Harley" application.

My fix? J&P Cycle! The had the parts I needed. I went online and found that each part was listed except for one. I inquired about the part that wasn't listed online and was told to list this item in the "Notes" section of my order. Total cost including shipping was about half of what a new stock line would have cost me.

A few days later, I got a box from J&P. Everything was there except for one fitting. It was the fitting that I listed in the "Notes" section of my order as instructed. It was overlooked. One of my other fittings was missing washers. I placed a voice call, they sent everything out and fixed the problem.

Other than the shipping delay, it was a good experience and I would certainly order more parts from them again, whether it is to be for my Japanese bikes, European or American.
