Only complaint is the the colors of the towels on the web-site were misleading.

I have always received excellent service and help from Horchow. This is my first time for ordering via the internet - I usually order by telephone. My only complaint is (I think it may have been because of my first time ordering on line) one item I purchased was on sale - there were four variations of the item - summer, winter, fall and spring. I wanted fall but when it arrived I received winter. When I telephoned Horchow they said I had entered winter (because Fall was not available) - I was not aware I had entered winter. In view of the size of the item I decided to keep it - but I really would have liked the Fall item. I don't think I would have ordered Winter if I had ordered by telephone and had been told that Fall was not on Sale.

Horchow is one of the best of the best....love shopping with them....I am never disappointed

I thought it was a great site and user friendly. Appears to have good choice of products which appear to be quality. Just received letter that parts of order will be shipped March 11th and the remainder March 31st. This was dissapointing as I wanted these items for Easter and felt I had ordered in adequate time frame to expect this.

Orginally I thought Horchow woujld be too expensive. I found they are not. In fact, they are now my favorite place to purchase items. However, I did spend more with them but Neiman Marqus gave me a one time 15% off, a magazine subscription and etc. Horchow gave me a one time telephone call discount which I appreciate. One complaint: A piece of furniture, an amoire arrived and the door will not close. I have not contacted Horchow because I know the furniture came from China and I have been ill so I just did not feel up to making all the necessary contacts.

They were very efficient. I received my order way ahead of time. I would have liked a better quality towel (heavier) but the monograming looks fine.

Great service. For the money, closer monitoring of each piece should be made. My daughter is a typical size 8-10 and blouse was several inches too short and not close fitting at all as it was portrayed in the catelogue. and that was very dissappointing as she was about to ware it to a birthday party for herself where all her family and friends were to be there and it did not fit.not even passable.I buy many white shirts,blouses for her and so does she. Ann Kline being a favorite,while in London I purchased a Dolce and Gabanna for her. Please excuse my spelling/not my strong point.The customer service person was excellent. the reason I did not give the company a higher rating is because their address is not listed anywhere conveniently for returning merchandise. we did not keep any original info,because we never dreamed it would not fit, Kathryn Neiswender/Mom
