Ordering on-line was a simple process and easily understood. I had tried to order from another company and they charged an exhorbitant amount of s/h and postage. Health Products were in-line with all costs and received in a short time with a quality product.

HI, I was charged for an item (187.?) That i have not yet recieved!I've called twice concerning this matter; Left a telephone message, and i have not recieved a return call. Very unhappy, I have a lymphatic condition, and this bra. was orderd for the condition. SO UNHAPPY, Will i recieve my money Back for this item??? I have recieved two Bra's already, But nothing was said regarding the ccb Bra. Please, Let me know something

Absolutely no order or shipping confirmation at all. No invoice provided. The order arrived quickly so I was only concerned for a day or so, but since everyone else provides e-mail confirmations, I expected Health Products to do the same. Maybe that's why their prices are so good!

Generally speaking their shipping is extremely fast - 1-2 days from order to delivery. This order however is taking a full week to arrive via UPS Ground. I now order the items I used to order from this merchant from another which has almost same price and free shipping which is very helpful considering frequent reordering of the same items. The body wash/shampoo I purchased this time isn't available from the other merchant I now order from.
