Placed an order for Christmas gifts on the 13th. Got the order on the 22nd (not nearly as fast as I paid for) and the order was short one item.
Called to see where it was (Christmas gift for nephew) and was told it's not in stock and I won't get it. I asked why I was not informed a week ago via email that the item was out of stock (although it did not reflect that online) and I did not get an answer from Kim Sills, the uncaring customer service representative, who claims to be the supervisor of the department.
I requested to file a formal complaint and was told it would go to the Care Center manager, Rhonda Blevins at 513 860 4570 ext 2453 and that I can call and make sure it arrived.
The customer service sucks and they could give a crap about my nephew not getting a gift this year. They didn't even bother to extend an offer of another item.
In addition, when I asked for a refund and confirmation - they could not give me one. They told me to call back today to see if I got my refund!
