HSN NEEDS NEW RETURN POLICY
We ordered king size sheets from HSN but received queen size sheets. The sheets were on sale for $39.95. We had a 15% coupon code but it didn't apply to the sale item. Don't get me wrong, $39.95 for sheets is a very good price if they are quality sheets. We paid $9.95 for shipping and $4.30 for tax to receive the $39.95 sheets. Since the size of the sheets was wrong, we wanted to exchange them. We had to pay $7.50 to ship them back. HSN refused to give us a return label because the order had been made online. So, we paid out $21.75 and have nothing to show for it. There's something wrong with this picture. All of the companies we deal with send us return labels no matter what the reason. Why not HSN? The customer service representative was pleasant and we know that she was only doing what she was told to do. However, we asked to speak to her supervisor and the supervisor was quite snippy! She made us feel like we were totally at fault. Unfortunately, we will not do business with HSN until they change their return policy. We have had similar problems with HSN in the past. On a positive note, the shipping of the incorrect item was very quick!
