I sent 2 emails and left a phone message to cancel my order and received no responses to any of these. A charge appeared on my bill and I had to call in to request a credit.
Customer service is unacceptable. Checked on status of order several times and it only gave date when order was initially placed.

Since this was my first time,I was a little concerned because there was no confirmation # when the purchase was finish. I talked with someone in your office who couldn't have been nicer and she even called me to let me know when the item had been shipped. I would definitely shop here again.I am so sorry I can't remember her name

The product was on backorder from the manufacturer until March. The problem was that other sites said they had it on backorder, but this one did not, so I hoped they had it available. But they did not have it available, charged my credit card and then asked me if I wanted to keep the order open for 3 months. I cancelled the order on Dec. 22, and have not received a refund yet (it is Jan. 5th)!!! There is no phone number on their website, so all I can do is email them and hope someone will take care of this.

I recieved the vanity set which was supposed to be white, but is a yellowish tan color. I was not happy with the color but other than that, it is a quality set that we are keeping. When the ship date was delayed I received an e-mail to let me know, with a choice to feep or cancel the order. I was very happy with the courteous customer service.

Customer service was polite, thorough, and very helpful. The product is great, I love my new Baker's Rack. I'll recommend them to my friends. =)

I had to call and cancel my first order, and they promptly credited my account. I received confirmation in the mail that it had been done. The second time I ordered, I had an e-coupon and it did not credit. When I called, they promptly credited my account and sent me confirmation both by e-mail and snail mail that it had been done.

This product was missing 3 of the black screws to complete this item and I still have not received them, am I going to? Just let me know. I sent an e-mail and never heard back.
