Terrible company...Stay away

Well I ordered my product on March 28th and heard nothing from them as far as if the item has shipped etc. So I called on April 2nd, and got a rep that told me they would be shipping out my items out that day, and said it really usually takes about 3 business days, and not 7-10 like indicated. So no response or update, on April 10th I emailed the company about the status of my order. I did get a swift response to their credit. But told me there were some delays getting it from their distributor and should ship out in 24-48 hours if there are no further delays.
The amount of time for the items to ship doesn't bother me so much, but being lied to does. Don't say you will ship something unless you are going to do it, much less a week later. Don't do business with these guys besides they try to make their money by having you call them after you made a purchase and give you add ons like "better" batteries, and insurance before your purchase is actually finalized. Pay the extra coin and go somewhere that actually performs like a professional company because this company is a joke.
