Shopping here is so easy and convenient.

They charged my credit card, then after 9 business days I contacted them to say I hadn't received the products yet, and they said, oh yeah, we'll notify you when we ship. Then they wrote and told me that the products they had were damaged and they would have to void the sale and credit me back. The credit was processed quickly, but still they had my money for 2 weeks, and I never received my products that I hunted for on line for an hour!

I ordered Hermes Caleche cologne and got Kelly Caleche which I had to send back at my own expense. Your web site is misleading. I am not pleased. It should no be possible to click on Caleche and get Kelly Caleche.

Hello, I am a regular client of fragrancex.com. I was always satisfied with my purchases. However now I am very upset because the orders below have not arrived and are very delayed. I have friends and other family members who are in the same situation I know there are delays in customs clearance, but the delay exceeded any reasonable explanation. Why this delay has occurred only with fragrancex? I shop at many other american sites (like coastal scentes, Ebay, Brigette's Boutique and others) even Chinese and have received regularly and within a reasonable time. The fact that no tracking is very unpleasant. Unfortunately I can not recommend this site to my friends because I am in a bad situation with them.
