THE WORST, RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN
Well, I have not ever been treated so rudely by no one like I was treated today by one of FRAGRANCE X's customer service representatives. I called customer service because I needed assistance with applying a coupon to my order that I had placed over the Internet. I had a problem getting their site to process the coupon which is valid until 12/20/11, and needed help. I was trying to explain to their rep what the problem was, but she never would let me finish, she kept interrupting with a very nasty confrontational attitude, and whenever I would ask her a question, she would just hold the phone and would never answer me (just dead air), and during me still trying to explain, repeatedly...she just hung up the phone in my face. How rude! I started to just cancel my order. I want others to know about how poor, rude, and unprofessional their customer service is to their customers so that others can do their shopping with someone who cares about those who spend their money with them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I will rather pay more money for my merchandise if professional reliable customer service along with trust that I will be taken care of and satisfied comes with it, as opposed to paying less money for the merchandise and have to deal with unprofessional rude customer service along with being scared that I am going to be scammed and that I am not going to be satisfied after spending my hard earned money with an unappreciative poor excuse of a company, like FRAGRANCE X clearly is.
