I ordered a 2G flash drive on 12.5.06, in hopes of getting this in time for Christmas. All indications appear that an order has been placed. I may be incorrect in this though, as I have not heard anything from Flash Memory in the form of acknowledgment or tracking or anything. I was under the impression that an order was placed. Again, I may be incorrect. Thank you. ech

there were delays in shipping the merchant never informed me of yhe delays. I had paid extra for 2nd day delivery.

Excellent service

The order was placed on line on 12/4. I received an acknowledgement but as of 12/12 I still have not received my order. This is poor service. Also the day after I ordered Circuiy city had a better price in their ad. BOO!

Neither brand of the product I ordered was shipped. Substitutions were made for all products I bought without prior contact. The substitution for one of the products was acceptable but I wanted and expected to receive the other. The Flash Memory Store said that both the brands I ordered were not in stock so they substituted comparable products. I emailed to the Flash Memory Store that I bought from them because they had an excellent price on one of the brands I really wanted and wished them to ship that product and take back the substitute. I have not received a confirmation that they will ship the product that I ordered and paid for. My credit card was charged for the product I ordered but, so far, have not received. I have been very, very satisfied with this store in the past and expect that the product I order will be shipped to me in exchange for the substitute product.

The item received didn't include any instructions. That is the only disappointment I have. As yet, I don't know how to install battery(ies)in unit or what size it requires. Don't know how to use it!

Website stated product was ready to ship. Then product was on hold for more than a week. Emails where not answered in the first place. Tried to cancel order via Email and on their website, but was ignolred by merchant and product was shipped with almost 2 weeks delay after I already informed them that I had procured product elsewhere. This merchant will definitely get no more business from us, no matter how competitive his pricing is.

I requested, and was CHARGED for gift wrapping, but when the product was received it was NOT gift wrapped!

I thought it took a long time to get the product, but I knew when I ordered it would be 6 to 10 days, I think the mail should be faster than that.

they have no way of tracking, their site really could use an update. they never sent a confirmation email with my order number either. the parts were in stock when i ordered, then they were not in stock after the order was completed.

They never answered my calls neither 5 e-mails. They debited the wrong amount in my bank account, and then it ook 2 weeks to be fixed, and I'm still waiting for the product. It has been shipped yesterday but I don't know if it will arrive in time before I leave the country. I don't recommend Flash Memory Store.

I ordered a Transcend CF Card and received a QMemory 150X, although the shipping invoice stated the correct order. I tried this card out it was the slowest card I've ever used. I sent the company an email and after 48 hours I emailed them again since I had not heard from them. I have to fill out a form and mail the card back to them to get the correct item. I'm probably looking at another 2 to 3 weeks before I get the correct card.
