The shopping experience was fine. Searching products and ordering was simple, delivery was just fine. The product is a Christmas gift however so I have not opened any boxes as of yet to confirm that there is no damage, I do not expect any though.

The package was two weeks in getting to me through UPS. An email or phone call in regards to it being late or not in stock would have been sufficient. I lost two clients in waiting on this particular item. In the future when items are of demand and not in stock some type of alert needs to go out to consumers stating so. Having a consumer wait and not knowing what is taking place with an order is unacceptable.

the company sent me 3 body ball instead of 1 ball and the versaweight. I tried to call the customer service dept. several times and always got put on voice mail. no-one called me back. Finally I emailed them and got an email reply. Again they did not respond until I finally called again.

iFitness contacted me immediately on purchase with a thank you and information regarding the shipment of a heavy item. They were personable and pleasant in all contacts. The shipping company was professional and convenient in delivery of the oversized item. iFitness is an excellent company offering quality products for competitive prices. I am completely satisfied with the service and product.

Just seems it takes a while for the product to arrive. The merchant does state it takes 7 to 10 days to process.

The iFitnessDirect.com store indicated the product was in stock and "ships immediately". Neither was true. The product was to be drop shipped from a wholesaler, who was out of stock. iFitnessDirect.com had my correct contact info but didn't bother to contact me and let me know my "ships immediately" item was not going to ship. Instead I used their "live person" chat to check the order status a few days later since I'd not received a tracking number. I was told the item was out of stock but expected in a few days. I called back a week later, and the item was still not in stock, so I requested a refund and cancelled. They cancelled gracefully. If they had contacted me immediately to tell me the item was out of stock, they would have received a "Good", because their customer service once contacted (Live Person only, couldn't get though on the phone) was great. But failing to notify me of status definitely counts as "poor". They have no online order status either, just a static page showing the order details.

The item came in a good condition except there was a bolt missing. One complaint I have is about shipping. The driver unloaded 6 big boxes on the street next to my pretty long driveway. I was forced to carry those boxes by myself into my house.

This merchant was very professional and sent the order on time. Alternatively, I ordered a similar cycle from Mercantila and they appear to be a completely dishonest merchant which should be avoided at all costs.

My order was received in less than a week, in great condition, easy to assemble. The guy who delivered it did not even have a dolly to unload it; however, he carried it from the truck down into my basement..... and it weighed twice as much as him. I was so impressed. Thanks a lot. T. Moody
