WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
PATHETIC!!!! I placed an order of Christmas gifts for my son in November. I paid through Paypal and was sent a shipment confirmation on November 23rd. I tried tracking the order after about a week and no information was available so I called customer service. They were clueless and said they would send out a replacement order and it would be overnited. A week later- still nothing. Called again. Same process- clueless, promised replacement order that would be overnited. A week later- nothing. So you mean to tell me that somewhere out there in the world there are 3 pairs of Nike Air Force Ones and 3 Jordan Jumpman Sweatshirts that were shipped but never made it to my front door???? After 5 phone class and 3 promised replacement orders that were supposedly overnighted I NEVER got my items. I waited on hold for 57 MINUTES to be told that I would not be getting my items by Christmas- they offered to send me a FOURTH replacement order but it could not be guaranteed by Christmas. Then, to top it off, I was sent an apology card with coupons (yes the same coupons I am emailed every other day) for my inconvenience. Oh gee thanks for the COUPONS!! Maybe I should wrap them up and give them to my 13 year old for Christmas in place of the sweatshirt and sneakers that he didn't get. I will never order from Finish Line again!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!
