The shot glasses were of very high quality. They even gave us an extra one, my guess in case anything broke! FavorFavor prices were definitely the best I found.

Favor was a little smaller than expected but very nice. Delivery was on time.

When trying to come up with a favor that would be a useful item for all who received it instead of something that would be discarded or useless, Favor Favor had the most reasonable prices and best selection of items. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the appeal of the packaging for presentation to the guests.

Probably unless I have additional problems with this order, I would give them another opportunity. 25% of my order of 60 packs of 2 glass coasters were defective - which seems pretty high. Also, the description did not include that they were frosted glass. The return label came quickly after calling the company, but the replacements have not yet arrived, so I do not know what condition they will be in, nor how soon they will arrive. Thank you.

The staff was very responsive to my inquiries and the coasters are exactly they way I had pictured them.

I actually am looking to return the items. Even though they showed up in good condition they were much smaller than described. The description also stated they would be fit to use to display more than a place card, such as a regular card however due to the design and the size it would be unable to hold the weight and would angle the card much less than vertacle. Where as the service was great, the product will not suffice for it's intended purpose.

I didi not have a problem with anything. The only thing that I noticed was that they merchandise was much smaller than i expected. It seemed a lot bigger when I viewed it online.
