I had an excellent experience an would use them again.
I was a little worried reading some of the reviews about FaucetDirect because it seemed to be 50/50 on satisfaction and my contractor was needing the valves by the end of the week for placement. The sales rep, Kirsten was very helpful in getting my order placed. I had actually called at least 3 times and had made alot of changes and price checked alot of options. I ordered 15 items for a new shower area that where the top of the line for Grohe. Kirsten confirmed that All of the items showed that they had plenty of stock and would be shipped from 1 location the next day. The Recommendation for Grohe had come from my plumber. I had shopped at some high-end bath & kitchen shops to see all different manufactures, styles and prices in my area. Including the savings on sales tax and no shipping I saved from the High-end shop just a little under $1000. I ordered everything on Monday around 3pm, got an immediate conformation by email that the order was placed and that I would get another email when shipped. Tuesday I got an email that 1 item was not available and I would receive a credit back. This was a little soap dish that connected to the hand shower and Kirsten told me it had to be a special order from Grohe. I wasn't worried about it. That same day I got an email from Kirsten that she was sorry but she put the wrong part number down and the little soap dish holder would be shipped separately. Tuesday night I got an email that all my items had been shipped with a ups tracking number and with an estimated Friday arrival. The 1 Box with everything inside showed up on Friday. Everything appeared to be new boxes that had not be opened and closed multiple times. 1 item did look like the box was a returned item because of the tape and used edges on the box, but everything was inside and scratch free.
