Worst online shopping experience EVER
Great prices... SOOO not worth the savings. I ordered a Kohler bathroom faucet from them a few months ago at what seemed to be a fantastic price. When it hadn't arrived after a couple of weeks I called them and after being placed on hold for almost 10 minutes the customer service guy came back on the phone to tell me that it was out of stock and that it wouldn't be shipping to me for 2 more weeks. I was not happy but agreed to wait. 3 weeks later, NOTHING. No faucet, no phone call, not even an email. So I give them another call. Again I am put on hold while they "look into it". When the girl gets back on the phone she tells me "It looks like its still on back order. It should be about 2 weeks." At this point I am LIVID and demand to speak to a supervisor. After a long wait someone else, my guess just another customer service person, gets on the phone to tell me that the item had been discontinued months ago and apologized for the "inconvenience". Long story short I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money(which they had taken from me instantly at the time of checkout). They said they would do that no problem. Its going on 3 months now and I still have not seen my money back. I have reported them to the BBB and have filed a dispute of charges with my credit card company. I am an avid online shopper and have NEVER had so much trouble as I did with Faucet Direct. I have told all my friends, family, and now all of you. Take your chances if you dare but unless you like to be taken for a ride steer clear of this company all together.
