I found the sandals I wanted quickly and at a good price. They are now my favorite sandals.

I like the fact that I can just type in my shoe size and they come up with the ones that are available to me. It saves a lot of time by not having to pick a shoe and find out that it's not available in my size.

Apparently part of my order was sold out. However, the notice I received was unclear as to whether it was sold out or on reorder to be delivered when available. Notice definitely needs more clarity!

This was not my first order with them, but definitely the worst. I ordered blue shoes and got taupe! I returned them immediately and have not heard about a refund yet or an e-mail with an apology. In the past I never had a problem with an order.

I am too afraid to shop for shoes without trying them on. My first experience here, I had to send them back to get a different size and still they did not fit properly. I only did this again as with a flip flop it is pretty easy to guess. And I sized up and they just fit. So too nervous to order shoes without trying on first.

I have never had any problems even when we had a power outage while I was ordering and two pair of same shoes arrived. They took them back with no questions.

I placed my order on-line. Very easy to do and received my order in the time frame they stated. I have already passed 2 catalogs on to friends and family.

I was hung up on one time,but i guss it was my fault because i knew more about my feet then this certain young lady salemen did.and she really got frustrated with me.because i was'en agreeing with her.

Number 4 was difficult for me to answer because I didn't realize until 5 days ago (August 31, 2011) that the shoe was defective and not my foot. The right sandal was tight but I could wear it even though it was not as comfortable as the left one. On 8/31, I happened to be looking at them straight on and realized the "T" was shorter on the sandal that was tight. I haven't had time to contact the catalog about this. I was going to do it in a day or two. Otherwise I am happy with the product.

When I was researching on the net for some shoes that would make my feet feel better, this site came up. I found what I was needing and would purchase from them again. The prices was reasonable compared to other retailers and I thought that giving a description of the shoes on how they would feel was a big help. On the reviews the customers that has purchased from them made my decision much easier.

I trust you know what you are selling and for what purpose so therefore I will shop with you in the future.

All good merchandise except one pair of shoes arrived dirty and obviously previously worn. I was cheerfully sent a mailing label and returned those shoes. I kept three pair and my heel lifts and am as always, a satisfied customer.
