Not impressed. Ordered shoes (Sept. 5th) for my mother-in-law to wear to her grandson's wedding on September 9th. Was told by customer service person that I would receive order on Wednesday (Sept, 7th). (I agreed to pay overnight shipping costs).
Well... the wedding came and went with NO SHOES. They FINALLY arrived on Tuesday, September 13th. When I called and spoke to Valerie, customer service rep. she barely let me speak. She continuously spoke over me and only listened when I began to speak over her in a louder voice. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? She informed me that the warehouse will change delivery schedules, for what reason she could not explain. She said I would end up paying $12 for delivery. I informed her that I will pay NOTHING. The shoes were not received by date promised and I should not have to pay ANYTHING. Waiting to hear from the "supervisor" who should be calling within 24-48 hours. If this supervisor is anything like Valerie... this phone call should be interesting. It's the principle of the matter. You pay for and are promised a service and they, literally,, don't "deliver" why should I have to put one penny out? My advise... stay away...unless I am proven otherwise,(and hopefully they will make this right) this company is NOT one to deal with.
