Very poor.  Ordered an Izzy Bailey chair, with extra package of adjustments.  No info came on adjusting the tension on the back of the chair.  Many emails and phone calls.  No help.  Finally, they suggested that maybe it was defective, but I should have told them when I first got it.....as if I hadn't emailed and called numerous times.  I'll never order here again.

i purchased an adjustable electric desk and a hag saddle chair. the desk is absolutely fantastic. the quality is very good for the price. i did have to assemble the desk, but it was pretty straightforward. the chair came in a separate shipment and was very easy to assemble. i've been using my new setup for about 3-4 days now and it is really great. the ordering process was easy and their customer service was friendly and competent. i would recommend their desks without thinking twice.

Placed the order on line, received an email February 2, 2011 indicating the product would be shipped in one week. It is February 22 with no chair delivered at this time. Did call to follow up on shipping date, it was indicated the original date provided was inaccurate, that product needed to be manufactured. Still waiting for the chair.

I hate the idea of buying expensive ergonomic products sight unseen. But what can you do when no one has floor samples in your region? The people at Ergo Depot really eased that discomfort out of my shopping experience. Besides the great products, their very personal customer services along the ordering process - providing upholster samples, product advice, contacting me to question about the choices I made - was amazing. How many times have you received phone calls from a mail order company to make sure you chose a right product??? They seem to genuinely care about their customers and products.

Webble Foot rest is UNDERRATED, I bought this for my wife who has circulation problems in her feet. IT WORKS WONDERS! Greatest foot rest in the world! P.S. She works for a Doctors office, they call it a Geriatric Skate Board! That works!

I had a very good experience. The saddle stool arrived on time and is exactly what I hoped for. The people at Ergo diligently tracked my order and kept me apprised of its status. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I have given several people Ergo's contact informtion because they have tried my saddle stool and liked it.

To be quite honest, this had to have been one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had.  It was definitely the best online experience I've had.  Ergodepot's customer support really helped me choose the right chair for me.  What I thought I needed and what I actually bought were two different things.  The chair that Ergo Depot recommended for me was actually $300 cheaper than the one I was originally considering to buy.  They asked a lot of questions and really listened to me.

The chair arrived this morning and I'm sitting in it now :-)  I can already feel the difference in my shoulders and lower back.  I can't thank you guys enough for taking the time to really listen to what my needs were and make a recommendation.  I will definitely recommend you to others.

I ordered a Humanscale Freedom chair from their "quick-ship" program. It arrived precisely one week after I ordered it, which is exactly when they told me it would arrive. The chair is great. I'm very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. Good job!

This is the second time I've purchased from Ergo Depot. The first time I bought a Capisco chair (LOVE IT), and this time I bought a Balans chair for my husband. Once again, their customer service department was knowledgeable, helpful, communicative and friendly. Be sure to call them to ask if there are any coupons available :-)

I really enjoyed my experience with Ergo Depot. I decided to order over the phone and was able to ask a few questions of their customer service person. He seemed very knowledgeable and was a big help. I didn't really want to wait 4 weeks for my chair but I also wanted a fully customized chair with red leather (I told the rep that I wanted one like the picture). I received several updates with order information and an estimated ship date. About a week from the estimated ship date I received a call from Ergo Depot regarding some type of production delay with Humanscale. I wasn't happy, but understood and appreciated the personal service. My chair arrived 2 or 3 (busines) days after the estimated date and it was well worth the wait. I am in love with this chair and have turned several clients and colleagues on to it, also. I would definitely recommend the Freedom chair and Ergo Depot to anyone.

First of all, I love my new chair!! Secondly, I want to thank the customer service person I spoke with at Ergo Depot. I forget his name now but he kindly and patiently walked me through my entire purchase, describing each option and its benefits and at times even recommended less expensive options that would be more beneficial to my needs. We had to have been on the phone close to thirty minutes as I asked question after question. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was being a pain. The rep was very knowledgeable when it came to my questions about ergonomics and each chair about which I asked. Thank you so much for the great service and my wonderful new chair!
