Firstly, the order process on line was simple, straight forward, and easy to use. Secondly, the product was delivered on time, and was provided with a tracking number for the product. Thirdly, there was no need to communicate with their customer service. Lastly and most important, their pricing was on par with its competitors, and, in the case of the item I purchased, better than the competition.

This is a top notch company. They have Superb customer service and extremely knowledge staff. The ease of ordering over the phone was quick and fun. I placed my order with a sales person who walked me thru everything that I needed for my TV. Everything was in stock and shipped the same day. I got an email confirmation regarding my order status 10 minutes after I was done placing my order with him. I will definitely do business with them again in the near future.
