Products are not packed correctly, Reptile 3-in-1 shelter was cracked and piece was broke off that hold's the lid on, who ever shipped your products that way should be terminated!

When I ordered the meds, I thought I was instructing the vendor to call my vet for approval, but I missed the fine print detail that they only fax (I went back on the site and still can't find the fine print). Customer service was terrible when I called in, just told me I was wrong, that is the policy and to wait. they delayed my order for a week. I will find another vendor for my next order.

First I had to pick which model I wanted. That didn't appear on the order. So then I picked another model which also didn't appear on the order. Finnaly I figured out thar they might be backorderd. So I ordered another pm which appearwd on my order, then I had to deciide which water filter to order this took..... anyway.... it was a time consuming process.

Foster & Smith always seems to have the best pricing on items vs. any other online shop I've found for aquatic products and shipping is reasonable and pretty quick, even with the standard shipping option.

My experience has been good. When the delivery was placed in the sun on the side of the house instead of on the front porch the mistake was handled. My only problem now is that I wanted to continue with the dog food delivery, but now I find that the dog food is low on quality and has unsafe ingredients, which I will not order for my dogs. Just one of tne of the unacceptable ingredients is menadione sodium bisulfite complex. Too bad Foster & Smith cannot live up to their advertisement on the dog food. It should be number five, but is only number three, and I would have ordered it on a permanent basis, so they lose more money than they save by using inferior ingredients in their dog food.
