Great Sleep for a reasonable price

We purchased the Sleep Better (SB) 7-Series about a year ago after determining that we just could not justify the cost of the similar model of Select Comfort. We tried the different models of Select Comfort (SC) at the mall and determined that the p7 had the features we liked, but was just too expensive. That is when I went on a search for a cheaper (Chevy) version. When I found that I could have a similar bed for less than half the price with the Sleep Better, I decided to give them a call. I was very pleased when they gave me a discount on top of that along with free shipping, it ended up costing me just about a third of what I would have gotten with the Select Comfort bed.

So I thought it was worth the risk. I was surprised when we received the bed in about a week. We did experience a couple of problems though. We were short one of the thin layers of foam, and the air bladders would not hold to a constant pressure. They shipped us out a new piece of foam within days, and determined the pressure problem to be a defective pump a shipped a new one which took care of that problem. The compressor is very quiet.

The Sleep Better bed seemed similar to the Select Comfort as far as we could tell, not being able to do a direct comparison. One thing I did notice that I liked, was that with the SB bed, there wasn’t a piece of foam separating the air bladders like the SC bed so you really don’t notice the separation as much when you roll from one side to the other. I think it’s a better design. When I tested the SC at the mall, there was a distinctive dip in the middle which I did not like.

I am extremely please with my Sleep Better 7-Series bed and I have not had to see the chiropractor since we started sleeping on it. I run my number between 70-80 and my wife likes it between 40-50. I think we are both sleeping better now with less tossing and turning.  After reading some of the other (negative) comments, I would just recommend getting one of the higher end beds. I wouldn’t get anything less than the 7-Series beds and I think you will be fine.

I found their customer service OK, but it could have been better, and I also feel that it is a small family business trying to be a large company. All-in-all, I am completely satisfied with our purchase and only wish I had gone with the memory foam instead if the latex.
