I have been doing business with Direct Source Copiers for many years now. Over the last few years, I purchased 5 different copiers. Each time I shopped the price, I was happy to see Direct Source Copiers on top. They have been servicing my business since I started with them 10 years ago! Each time I open a new office around the country, I call David and he sets me up with not only the copier that fits my needs but the necessary service. I was a little apprehensive at first, but I gave it a try. Direct Source Copiers was professional and Knowledgeable. They met my needs with an affordable program that included on-site service at my office. I chatted with them and told them what I required for each office and they immediately had a game plan for me. Once we concluded the qualifying questions, a copier was recommended and shipped. Within a week, I received my merchandise and within 24 hours after receiving the copier, I was contacted by a tech. I set the appointment and the following day they came out and met with my staff. They set the copier up the way I wanted it and put it on the network and before I knew it, they were done! I never felt more at ease through out the whole process with Direct Source than with any operation like this .....they really know what they are doing! I would recommend any who is seriously looking for a strong and competent copier company to call Direct Source Copiers.
