Customer service that cares!

I had ordered two Christmas presents around December 16 from DSG. After a few days, I began to wonder where my packages were. I checked the UPS tracking number, and UPS had dropped the package off at a post office 30 miles away with "unable to deliver".
Frustrated and stressed, I called DSG Customer Service line at 10:30pm that night. A friendly woman answered and listened to my troubling discovery. She explained the situation with UPS trying to save money by involving local post offices. She told me that if I contacted the Post Office tomorrow and it was heading back, to call again and she would get it shipped overnight at no cost!
The next day I received a runaround from UPS so I immediately contacted DSG. The first try, I received a gentleman who seemed to not care much about my situation. He gave me an extension at UPS to call and wished me luck. I called the extension and immediately received a voicemail box. Frustrating!
I tried again an hour later and I received another woman who was genuinely concerned with my issue. Within 20 minutes, she had processed a reship order using UPS Overnight Air. My Christmas presents arrived within a day and I'm extremely happy with my experience!
