Diapers.com had the products that I needed at the current in store price and w/the free shipping why not order online and have it delivered to my door w/o having the inconvenience of getting my new baby out in the cold to pick up the product and waste the gas getting to the store! The shipping company delivered the products to an incorrect address. I contacted Diaper.com and they sent a replacement order, which was delivered the next day. They were very helpful and extremely nice. The original order arrived so I contacted Diapers.com again, in which I received excellent customer service again. They allowed me to pay for the second order, so it did not need to be returned. The two people I dealt with were very helpful and friendly.
