Received an email that the Item was shipped 1/15/2010 and I still haven't received it yet. There is nothing on line to check status other than order complete.

.I have not recieved the book I ordered on Jan 15

i'd heard for videogame pre-orders it was buyer beware with deep discount, but because of past good experiences, i preordered anyway. not only could i not find my order online in my account info, when i called i found out it was out of stock and there was no ship dates for backorders. this is one day before i was supposed to receive it. it's unacceptable that i my order did not appear online, so i couldn't track it; that i wasn't notified it was out of stock/backordered till i called; and that there was no information about when it might ship. i was forewarned. i won't preorder games from deep discount again.

In a nutshell, wide selection, good prices and quick service.

I frequently order from Deep Discount and have shopped there for years. Their selection is broad and the prices are good. Occasionally, there is a problem with delivery service. usually this is because the item is back-ordered. In the few instances when I had trouble, Deep Discount made good on it. For this order, there were no problems.

I can not give you a true rating because I have not yet received my DVD. Your website is great however your shipping time is way too slow. The DVD was for my grandson's birthday YESTERDAY! It is still not here.

Quick, simple and efficient

When I otrdered 4 cds, two showed as being immediately available, but when I received my email confirmation, only one showed as immediately available, the other three back-ordered. I'm still waiting for three of the four cds, two of which are in the mail to me per DeepDiscount.com emails.

I have shopped previously from Deep Discount and was very satisfied.

I ordered 12 DVD's and the first 10 arrived within 5 days. The last two are being shipped and should arrive in the next week which is two weeks after I ordered them. Overall a good expereince and I will most likely continue to shop with DeepDiscount.

I would never use Deepdiscount again. Of the two orders both items were back ordered. If I had known that it was out of stock I'd have gone to another dealer. I do not expect to ever see these items delivered.
