the quality of this company is great. i have purchased here before and never had issues and my issue still is not with this company. they did a great job getting my package together and getting it shipped quickly and there customer service professional are excellent and helpful. my current issue is with there shipper ups losing my package although they say it was delivered.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had buying a car stereo system! I have a Dodge Ram with "stealth" Infinity system wiring. There were no indications in the truck or owner's manual stating this. I called Crutchfield support on 12/26 and they promptly answered my call. Jake in tech support immediately figured out my problem and emailed me the correct wiring diagram within minutes. I was jamming my new system soon after. I will be buying all my car stereo components from Crutchfield in the future!

I received my order extremely quick. I ran into a slight problem during the installation, and called their tech department. The tech was very helpful, and had over 400 pictures of the interior of my vehicle, and was able to answer my questions. I am very satisfied, and will definitely shop here in the future.

Had a slight issue with redeeming a gift card, but online chat support was able to assist. It was more a technical glitch on their website where the gift card had to be entered manually.
