The cable I ordered was listed as a "Scratch & Dent" item at $10 off regular price, but supposedly tested and with full warranty. Unfortunately it didn't work. I purchased a new cable which did work from a local Circuit City store. I called Crutchfield and they promptly refunded my purchase price, plus shipping, which I appreciated very much. They should, of course, do a better job of testing their "Scratch & Dent" items to make sure they do work but, all things considered, I still enjoy doing business with Crutchfield.

Until now, i have not received my blue ray player/HMI cable. This is so frustrating. I'm stuck in my apartment (until now) for 4 days (there goes my vacation, wasted), waiting for UPS to deliver me my package. Somebody from UPS already called me last Saturday, but until now they have not rectified the error in my address or something. The TV I got already though..

Overall the experience was very good. I received my product very quickly. The adapter that connect the new receiver to the existing wiring was the wrong one. I had to call twice in order to get the correct wiring info emailed to me. I will shop with this vendor again.
