I was very happy with the price I paid. Prior to Christmas, this product had zero availability which was disappointing since this was meant to be a Christmas gift. I purchased a new A/V receiver and several home theatre speakers from Crutchfield. All items shipped quickly, and arrived in perfect condition. I was not happy with the subwoofer I purchased. I contacted customer service to arrange an exhange for a diffent one. The process was very easy. They emailed a UPS return label to return the product I was unhappy with. All I had to do was drop off the item at a UPS shipping location. As soon as Crutchfield receives the subwoofer back from UPS, they will ship out the other one. No restocking fees or anything like that. I am very happy with the service.

I appreciate everything about Crutchfield, I have yet needed their tech assistance, but, I have LOTS of items I plan to purchase in the future and look forward to their assistance/support with installations.
