If you're thinking of buying ANYTHING from this company, think again, and DON'T! This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They charged my credit card and I have not received the XD Card I ordered. Numerous emails have gone unanswered. I can't find a telephone number to call. I am not alone, folks. Read the reviews on this and other sites. I am sure the one or two positive ones were submitted by the owners. Save yourself a whole lot of grief ... buy your stuff somewhere else! I have contacted my credit card to file a dispute and get a credit. I am also contacting the State Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Consumer Protection. These guys are crooks!!!!!

Order Ram memory for my Siemens/Fijutsi laptop its special memory but this store offer it for a good price so placed the order. After weeks stil nothing received so start to complain, then we get the message sorry it was not in stock, within a few day's it wil be here and shipped. Later on we saw that they charged more money then the invoice.....? and a few day's later we receid the memory....totaly wrong not fit to big, complaining about this.....and then ohhhh send it back and we wil send the right one...nice from Holland to the US, cost a lot of money...but OK. Finally after weeks stil nothing start to complain again finally last week very sorry not in stock!! Nice very nice....after complaing by the day and go to the public with my storry they cancel the order...and stil I don't have the money back and returned the memory, cost also about $100.00 so end of the story: No memory, money gon and it cost me shipping costs to the US for return shipment. GO NEVER IN BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Excellent experience. I purchased a 8GB Sandisk
SDHC card. A little less than 5 days from order to receipt. Vendor notified me with emails every step of the way. The card works perfectly in my XV6800 (after registry tweak).

I just got my Credit Card company to credit me for this horrible mistake in judgement to buy from FLASH MEMORY STORE, There are a few of these companys online and I usually check reviews but it was Christmas and I was Rushed. Just call your Credit Card co. and get credit, see they promise shipping within 24-48 hours, so thats how we get reimbursed. DON't worry just forget getting this merchandise and order somewhere respectable like Amazon. Forget these cheap stores. Its probably run by a bunch of Trolls.

Flash Memory store is a black hole. Your order goes in and if there is a problem no response comes back. you cannot contact them by phone and they give no email response. I hope i get the flash card I ordered. Their site said in stock ready to ship. My confirmation comes back "on hold" waiting for stock.
THEY SUCK!!!!!

Like most everyone else, I ordered an item from this company and have not heard a single word from them in over a week. All emails and phone messages go unanswered. I sent emails cancelling the order and followed up with phone messages, but I fully expect some sort of bait and switch. I also fully expect an all out war with my credit card company. DO NOT do business with this bunch of morons.

This place is a classic bait and switch operation. It happened to me and then I was stonewalled when I tried to get my money back. I ordered Kingston 1GB SD cards and they sent me some no-name brand Qmemory. In fact, check out the suspicious connection between FlashMemoryStore.com and Qmemory.com. Go to Qmemory.com and check out their term an d conditions page where at the top you will read "The Site is the property of Qmemory LLC (together with its affiliated companies, including without limitation, Flash Memory Store, Computer Memory Store, Qmemory, and Interplanetary Media". These guys are out there working together to scam honest consumers. And finally I would guess the the "good" reviews that are showing up here are just sent from fake accounts created my these guys marketing departments.

I ordered a bluetooth headset from Flash Memory as they had the best prices. I waited 2 weeks without any indication that the headset was shipped. I sent an e-mail and did get a response that it was on back order and would be sent when it arrived from the manufacturer. I lost interest in doing business with them. I was also surprised that they bill your credit card before shipping the item.

This store is a scam. I ordered 2 ATP memory cards but they sent me Qmemory instead. I requested refund, but only got money back for one memory card. I would definitely not recommend anybody buy from this store!

Yet another victim. They billed me without first shipping the product. I emailed them about 5 times without receiving any replies about the status of my order. I finally filed a report with my bank to have the charges reversed and sent an email to the merchant notifying them of my course of action. THAT got a response out of them: they sent me an email that my order had been cancelled and my status changed to "Do Not Ship"--confirming that indeed they had not shipped my order. I actually received two emails about the cancellation, one signed by an individual who gave only his first name and last initial. I then replied to that email, asking if this cancellation meant that my card would be credited the $129.85 they had charged me. I received no reply. I'm sure I will have to get my money back through reversing the charges. I intend to contact the FTC about this company.

I was in a hurry to get 2x8GB CompactFlash cards and didn't check the company's rating. Would you be surprised that I received QMemory instead of Toshiba? I was. The memory is somewhat slower than I expected but the good news is that I found the time to write this review and also requested RMA from them as follows:

"Wrong brand shipped. I read your reviews, looks like I have a company.
BTW, do you also make pet food? I'd order some for my neighbor's dog."

Flash memory-store is a fraud. have been trying for well over a month to get a refund for an item I was told was compatible with my digital camera but wasn't. They do not answer calls or emails. This is the most irresponsible scam I have seen in years of purchasing over the Web. NO customer service! Just take the money and run!

What a dummy I am for not doing my research! Fell into the ordered Kingston, received Q-memory trap. Just got off the phone with my credit card company; now they can try to chase me. I have the q card back in their shipping envelope and am waiting for a return authorization; don't really care if I get one or not, and if it's not prepaid, they'll have to pick it up because I'm not paying to return it.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! I filed a complaint with the FBI Internet fraud site (IC3.gov) based on my experience. I ordered a 16GB 150X CF card that they said was 100% compatible with my Canon camera and what they sent was,when formatted in my Canon 5D, about 8GB at 15X. It had no external markings indicating capacity, speed or manufacturer. I returned the defective unit for a replacement and they unilaterally kept it and refunded my purchase price minus $71 for shipping and restocking. They claimed it tested OK and perhaps there was a compatibility issue.

Great price, great shipping. Recommend this site to others.

I ordered a 2GB SanDisk memory card for $38.95 plus .99 shipping and two weeks later received a Q Memory card without explanation. My invoice clearly shows what I ordered, a SanDisk, but that was not shipped. I called their contact number which merely says to leave a message. I did so, but they have not responded. I sent an email, and they did not reply. Wish I had found the above website feedback sooner! Am currently checking with the MA Attorney General's Office and have a dispute with my credit card company.

DO NOT GET TAKEN BY THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS. Ordered (2) Kingston 2GB SD cards, but they sent me generic cards that claimed 150x speed -- no brand, no real labeling at all. The cards performed TERRIBLE -- 4-5 times slower than my slowest standard SanDisk card. No one answers the phone. Finally got RMA instructions via email -- I fully complied and it's been nearly two weeks since they were signed for (sent FedEx) and the charges still haven't been reversed. I have my letter and documentation ready to go to the IL Attorney General's fraud office, but will give them a few more business days to refund the money. TOTAL SCAMMERS. I wish I would have checked here first before ordering from them. B&H Photo is the way to go. Their prices are fair (but not always the absolute lowest), they are honest and the service is excellent.

I ordered the Dane-Elec Secure digital memory card and I received a Q memory card instead that have gotten bad reviews. I am very dissatisfied, I just have not had a chance to return this memory card that I did NOT want or order.

EVERITHING EXCELLENT BUT THE TRACKING NUMBER, UPS DID NOT RECOGNIZED THE NUMBER

I ordered a miniSD card and a card reader. They didn't mention that they shipped USPS. I live on a private road and they do not deliver to my home address. I recieve my mail at a PO Box and anything that comes from UPS or FEDX comes directly to my house. I e-mailed the company as soon as I saw that they had shipped USPS to try to get the package routed to my PO Box, with no response and I e-mailed them again after I saw that it had been returned to sender and offered to pay the shipping fee again if they would mail it to my PO Box and I still have not recieved a reply.

Took them many days to accept my credit card .

My memory card was shipped Jan. 9. The storage cases were backordered. I have received no notices from them except a packing slip included with the one package I received. How long does it take for a back order to be shipped? Also, the full amount was charged on my charge card even though the full amount of my order was not shipped. I feel they should not have charged my card until the items were shipped.

i ordered a mini sd card which on their site said "ready to ship" and still says so almost 2 weeks later. tracking has said since i first ordered "will ship in 2-3 days." now says "order on hold". 3 unanswered emails is very unacceptable to me. i don't care about anyones great reviews. i've ordered from smaller mom and pop stores and got way better service than this. i have no idea if they are going to ever contact me or even ship my order. ridiculous. be wary!

HOW DO YOU USE IT INSTRUCTIONS

Item ordered was received promply, however it would not install or work with my Windows 98 system as indicated in Flash-Memory-Store on-line writeup about the product. Called the phone number listed which is indicated for sales only and left a message to call me with the answering machine. No call back as yet. Called on January 18, 2007. Also clicked on tech support button whereby you are able to sent an e-mail message. On January 18 I again sent a message explaining my problem. Again their website indicates they will respond within 24 hours. No contact as yet!!! Seems the only time they wish to talk to you is when you are buying. Would not do business with them again. They say on their website that if not satisfied they would refund your money within 30 days. But they will not return calls to effect this.

I purchase a kodak sd memory chip for my new kodak camera. Althought the picture I saw on the Flash Memory site was of a kodak chip, they sent me a compatible generic chip that could go into a lot of deifferent digital cameras. I was disappointed that the product was advertised and paid for and I recieved a different product.

CF cards were overpriced compared to similar products available at local store. Order was on hold, so I canceled it.
