Worst on-line shopping experience I've ever had.
I purchased a Tom Tom GPS. The one they sent me was defective. Not only did they make me pay the shipping to return it but they only refunded my account for the sale price and not my full purchase price, saying they were not responsible for defective merchandise. I went with them initially to save $40 over Best Buy and ended up spending $100 more for nothing!

I ordered and paid a $400 Shure SE530 earphones but it was never shipped. I had to wait for 3 weeks for my order to be looked into. Furthermore, all my emails were never replied until I had to call them long distance twice & each time I was held up for more than 5 mins until somone took my call & promised to look into my case. Even after I cancelled my order, it took more than a week for them to refund my money & that's only after their Fraud Investigation Dept. took over my case.
The customer service staff don't know what they are doing & could not careless about customer satisfaction.

very good. only problem was 2 days after receiving product i decided to purchase a 3 year extended warranty which they had indicated you could do. only problem was they wanted $10.95 to ship a piece of paper. i didn't purchase it of course.

I ordered a Garmin GPS device, and the order was confirmed and promised shipment within 1-2 days. 4 days later, I received an email stating they are waiting for me to respond to their last email about a problem, and that a copy of that email is attached. They did not explain the problem; I had never received their previous email; and no email was attached. I called their office, and they are closed Friday afternoons, so now I must wait until Monday to find out what the big mystery is. I had placed the order when I did because I wanted the unit before I went on vacation. That plan is now ruined. Now, I not only will not be able to use the device, but it might arrive when I'm not home, and there will be no one to sign for it -- and the PO will return it. Why do they request a customer's phone number, if they don't use it when there is a problem? Their sloppy notification system and limited working hours have ruined my vacation. This "service" is unacceptable.

Beware of this merchant. I would not believe anything they would say. Ordered unlocked phone on 7/22. They claimed they shipped on 7/23 but could not provide tracking number.
Called back on 7/25, 7/26, 7/27 to request tracking number. Each time they said they would call back or email me: they never did. Each time they said that the order shipped and I should have it any day. On 7/27, finally determined that they never shipped item, but would ship today. At this point, I could not believe anything they said and canceled order. Called VISA and found out that they billed my credit card 4 days ago!

I was diappointed in that I was told if I used PayPal, I would receive FREE shipping & handling. I di duse PayPal and was charged $1.95 to set up and then I was charged $19.95 for S&H. Based on this I would NOT recommend my relatives and friends to purchase from this merchant. Also, the unit I purchased hs the wrong "cable" connections in the box. the cable I received, does not fit the GPS model I purchased.

customer service was difficult when I was inquiring why I purchased the item on the internet and the next day the same site's prices were slightly less. Lady was hostile and did not help me understand the cost differences.

I WANTED A PLM12000EH PORTABLE A/C YOU OFFERED A PLM12000E WHICH IS A DIFFERENT UNIT AND I DID NOT REALIZE IT UNTIL AFTER I HAD ORDERED IT. AFTER SPENDING ALL MORNING CHECKING IT OUT, IT TURNS OUT ALL THAT IS DIFFERENT IS ONE HAS A HEATER AND ONE DOES NOT, SO SINCE I DO NOT NEED A HEATER IN FLORIDA, IT WORKED OUT OK, BUT NO THANKS TO YOUR INFO. THAT PLM12000E SHOULD HAVE BEEN POINTED OUT TO ME AS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ASKED FOR. HOME DEPOT'S INFO WAS EXACT AND CORRECT. WHEN I REALIZED THAT I HAD ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, I TRIED TO CONTACT THE STORE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND OF COURSE, BEING A WEEKEND, THEY WERE NOT OPEN. I HAVE SINCE LEARNED THAT THE UNIT I DID ORDER WILL WORK WITH SOME ADDITIONAL PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER, SO I WILL LET THE ORDER PROCEED, AND I WILL ADD THE PARTS WHEN IT ARRIVES.

Product came in earlier than expected because I didn't get the tracking notice until the same day the package arrived. The tracking e-mail was time-stamped for two days earlier, so it may have just been a mail server thing. Overall happy with merchant. Good price and good price on accessories.

I have bought stuff from CompuPlus in the past. I got a bad motherboard once and they exchanged it no questions asked. Also purchased 2 AMD CPU's from them. Got those in excellent condition. They are a good place to buy from. The only negative thing I have to say about them is the shipping charges. Besides that they are a good company to buy from.
