Hello - we ordered an electric fireplace between Christmas and new years. This probably is not the best time to order anything but was very pleasently surprised in the actual delivery time. I sent an e-mail about a week later just asking about a guess on the time. I sent the e-mail one evening and the next morning received a phone call. Very personalized and a touch that very, very, few people have in their ways to communicate, it's just easier to do with e-mails and of course you can say what you want without taking the hard questions. The phone call informed us the delivery would probably be another ten to twelve days out. This was not a problem with us, as again, we realized not the best time to order. Five days later, we were shocked to have the fireplace at our door. My son and I assembled the cabinet in a little more than an hour. The quality was actually far better than I thought it might be. The ones in our area just didn't match up. When we found Christopher's web site, it made everything very easy to shop and find the exact size we needed. It's a very heavy and sturdy piece of furniture. Bottom line, the service from the day we ordered was outstanding. The initial e-mail to confirm the order, and phone call immediatley after we sent the e-mail was just a great way to do business. Delivery being a week earlier than we could have ever expected, priced even better than our local stores and the product far exceeding what we thought it could be, means....we had an on line buying experience that couldn't have been any better. When people communicate, answer questions, give personal attention, deliver a quality product, priced well in great time, then they've figured it out how to do it. This was truly a great buying experience.
