I received the cell phone batteries I purchased on time and in good condition. However, neither one worked. They will not hold a charge. Now I have to print my return email and ship them back before I can receive any credit. I personally do not want store credit. I want a refund because I do not have time to redo everything again.

I purchased the car charger and travel charger for the I phone 3Gs. I have sent emails to try to exchange them for the correct ones. These do not fit. The plug(on the charger) is larger than the connection on the I phone 3GS. I do not have a phone number to call to exchange these. The invoice states 14 days to exchange but no phone number to get this corrected. The response is thru email and they keep asking what about these does not fit. Not happy with this.
