Since the adaptor did not work, I am waiting for a replacement. It has been over a week since I contacted them about the problem and I am still waiting for the replacement. I hope it has been sent??

1 out of 3 items I ordered was incorrect. It has taken twice as long to hear back from custmer service for an exchange than it did to order and receive the original order.

the only thing that would have made it perfect was if there were protective cases offered for the solar chargers so that it could clip to a backpack for hiking and camping.

I love this merchant. I have purchased form them in the past and will purchase from them in the future. I even had to return an item to them and it was extremely easy to do. I would totally recommend this merchant to everyone

I've ordered on several occasions from this merchant and my experience has been a good one. I did not receive my order and a replacement order was sent quickly. Their prices are quite reasonable, and I will continue to order from the Cell Phone Shop as my needs arise.

CellPhoneShop.net was the only vendor I could find that sold the tablet PC accessories I was looking for.  After reading some of the reviews, I became concerned that I would either never receive my order or that I would receive incorrect fulfillment.  In any case, I prepared myself for a long wait.

I live in the US and my order was going to be shipped from Hong Kong.  If anything went wrong with my order, getting a re-ship or a refund was not going to be easy or fast.

Nothing could have prepared me for what actually happened...perfection.  I received the EXACT items I ordered (yes, more than 1 item), in excellent condition, and A WEEK EARLIER than I expected.  Maybe it was just the luck of the draw, but for me CellPhoneShop.net treated me very well and I will consider them for future purchases.
