huge disappointment

I am not satisfied at all with my recent purchase through the authorized seller "camera for less". I ordered a specific camera battery and instead received a slightly different model. When I contacted the company to find out why, they just wanted to argue whether the battery they shipped was compatible. It is, in fact, not compatible with my camera, and we continued to go back and forth on this issue. Regardless, they should not have made the assumption that it would be compatible. The fact that they did not contact me prior to shipping the wrong product makes me think they were trying to rip me off. I finally just said I wanted to return the product for a refund and they kept trying to just send the correct battery. Well, too late. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. When I stated that I expected a full refund, they said they would have to "talk with the manager" because their policy is to charge a restocking fee. I refused to pay this since this was their mistake from the beginning. It is too soon to know if I will get the full refund, but I will not be doing business with this company again!
