CP is the BEST - I'm shocked with the bad reviews

After reading the many negative reviews, I had to step in and speak up. This is one of the best on-line companies I've ever dealt with. I've ordered t-shirts, teddy bears, custom original designs, photo-to-canvas. The customer service dept has always been helpful, to such a point, I keep coming back. No lag time in returning email msgs or phone calls, if I had questions or they needed clarification on my order. For example, if a t-shirt didn't fit right, instead of having to return it, they just sent me a new one in a larger size, getting to keep the original. What other company does this? If a photo-to-canvas image I submitted didn't fit the exact proportions for the size of canvas I chose, to ensure a good fit, CP made my canvas a custom size of 11x16 instead of 11x14.  They did this at no additional charge to me.  This is what they said "Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the finished product, so we just wanted to keep you informed of this modification.  We will get started immediately.  We will do a great job for you!" and they did... how many other companies would go to this trouble without charging add'l fees? NONE! On other orders, my items are always shipped out as soon as they are either processed or 'made to order'. I truly can't believe what some reviewers are saying....I've been a loyal customer of CP for over 2 yrs and will continue to be for a long time.  If you want a bad experience, try FurnitureBlue, they are the worst ever!
