I have used BuyDig over the years and have always received my products as expected. I trust them.

My shopping experience was great ,but the delivery day was a day late because of the holiday and the remote doesn't work ,I am waiting for Crosley to let meknow what to do.

I have used the company, BuyDig previously and am pleased with both the prices and services. The only complain I have is with the recorded message gotten when one calls the company. The wait on a service representtive is discouraging. However, when the representative is reached the assistance was very good.

Excellent product, excellent price. Relatively inexpensive shipping, considering I had it shipped on a faster option (it would have been free if I would have had the patience). High quality accessories. Horrid customer service, however. I sent BuyDig.com an email over a week ago and have yet to hear back except for a generic "we are busy and will respond later" email.

This was a great experience and I really like my toaster oven, I have used it every day since I received it. The site was also easy to use, I usually get frustrated trying to use the internet to buy things. Thanks

I was a little put off after reading some of the customer service ratings on this site for buydig.com, but I'm pleased to say that my experience exceeded my expectations.  After completing my order, my camcorder was processed for shipping in about an hour.  I received my order the next day, as promised (and of course I paid for that shipping) and I was pleased with how my order was packed, everything was exactly as promised, and my camera was brand new, sealed in it's box.  I would definitely buy from this merchant again.  I am very impressed at how easy that was.

I purchased a Samsung TV from BuyDig in Oct 2009 and had excellent service. This was just as good.

I bought a GPS device on this thanksgiving from buydig the rate on buydig was $8 better than other online retailers. Shipping was free. I found solid reviews for buydig and thus went ahead and booked the order. The estimated delivery date was within 7 days. I think they use some really cheap shipping service from Fedex. It took 12 days for the shipment to arrive. It was fine as the holidays might have caused the delay. But anyway the biggest disappointment was the touch screen on the device didn't work and I had to ship it back. Buydig was quick enough to ship the new device (full points for that). But again the delivery arrived few days later than the estimated delivery date. And after more than a month of booking the order I finally have the working device with me. The wait has been really long. Moreover the price benifit has also negated as I had to pay for returning the faulty device.
Although such a thing can happen with any online store but atleast they should accept their fault and atleast cover for the shipping charges if not for all the delay.

I placed my order on a Monday. My credit card was charged immediately but the item was not shipped. Nothing on the web site indicated that the item was out of stock. I received no email informing me that the item was out of stock. On Sunday, seven days after placing the order, I phoned customer service. A brusque man informed me that the item was out of stock. He explained that, in his experience with the company, when the credit card is charged immediately the item will be in stock soon. I replied that I would wait another day or two before canceling the order. "Don't cancel the order," he implored. I repeated my intention. The next afternoon I received email confirmation that the item had been shipped. The item arrived the following day. All in all the outcome was favorable. However, 1] Reputable companies inform the purchaser that an item is out of stock, either realtime on the web site or via email. 2] Reputable companies do not charge the purchaser's credit card until the order is shipped. 3] Reputable companies have pleasant customer service staff. I wonder when my order would have shipped had I not called? Had I not threatened to cancel the order? I will think twice before placing another order with BuyDig.

Purchased 1400.00 laptop. Took a LONG time to get it. When I finally did I was setting it up (about 5mins in) when I got a msg to immediately return as it was severely damaged. It is now 12 days and according to their emails they still don't have checked into the warehouse so will not send me back my money. CUST SERVICE TERRIBLE. Will never buy from BUYDIG.com or Beach Camera (storefront).

I have used buydig for 3 TV purchases now. All 3 have been pleasant and easy. All 3 showed up on time (actually ahead of what I initially expected)and in good condition.

The order I placed said there was free shipping on this item. When I got the item the invoice charged me $9.99 for shipping which was over 20% of the purchase price amt. When I called in the middle of the day their order line was down. When I emailed them they gave me some sort of BS about sometimes they have to charge for shipping. I intend to contact my credit card company and contest the charge and make a complaint about the company.

I ordered a Canon Powershot camera with an accessory kit for a great price on a Tuesday night, and had it in my hands the following Saturday. That's only 4 days, and with the free shipping. The accessory kit was to include a 2GB memory card, and they provided a 4GB memory card (evidently out of 2GB cards, but didn't want to delay order?). I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
