Definitely a trust-worthy website that delivers exactly what they say they're going to. My camera arrived sealed in the original box, with nothing missing. I am very pleased since trying to find this particular camera anywhere else is very frustrating. I would say the only negative is that we paid for 2-day shipping and it still took 5-6 days to receive it. Shipping label even said it was shipped that first day, which means either Fed-ex was way behind, or buydig took the extra money and still only gave us standard shipping. BUT for the money we saved, it's still worth it big time.

I can't believe how easy it was to work with Buydig. I had been researching and looking for this perticular GPS system and had 2 other companies in the NYC area in the running. Their replys to my questions took forever. They tried to upsell me and just weren't plesant to work with. I typed in their company names on the internet and what a surprise---extrememly negetive. The Buydig delivered on everyone of my expectations in working with a company. Had the product in stock, shipped in 1 day and received in 4 days.What great service.

After getting into a bad situation with another on-line merchant. (advertising a low price, then being put on backorder for weeks because I didn't buy there inflated priced accessories. I was leary about doing it again. But BuyDig was a very good experience and came through without a hitch on my order. Thanks for being an honest on-line merchant!

I don't often times give poor ratings unless it is truly merited. I recently bough a plasma TV from buydig.com and although the package showed up in good shape, the TV was not. It has been over a week and I don't have a resolution and have been made to feel like it is our fault. It seems there are only 2 people who work the customer service area and they are difficult to reach and once you do, they seem frustrated with you. All I want is a working TV for the $1,300 they already collected from me. I'm still hopeful buydig.com will fix the problem but if not I'm going to have to dispute it with the credit card company. My suggestion is that you be very careful even if the company is listed as a trusted source according to epinions. If things are rectified soon, I will post the results so as to be fair to the company.

5/5 Update: The company has said that a new TV is being shipped. Hopefully, this will resolve the problem.

I received 2 of my tvs' I ordered, and the one tv that did not come in was damaged. ByDig immediately informed me I would get a refund because my tv could not be replaced.

Within a week of purchasing it, I found it for $100 LESS at several reputable sites.

When I called customer service to request a price adjustment, I was met with surprising hostility.

In spite of evidence to the contrary, they refused to compensate me for the difference.

They also charge a 10% surcharge for returns, even when all the original packaging is intact.

I will NEVER do business with these nasty people again!

I just received my Olympus Stylus 1010 digital camera and memory chip from BuyDig. Absolutely smooth transaction with no problems.
I ordered online Sunday and FedEx delivered (free shipping) on Thursday to my Minnesota home address. The package was well padded and with complete accuracy.
Automatic email confirmations and status were sent via email. Additional shipping status tracking was available online via the Fed Ex website as well.
Their price on this item was the best on the web.
It was a totally satisfying experience and I will be buying from them in the future.

Upon discovering Buydig, I was a little skeptical because a lot of their prices appeared to be too good to be true, especially because most everything was identified as under US warranty. However I proceeded with my purchase based upon Epinions reviews and I was not let down. I was expecting UPS ground at best for free shipping. Instead I got Federal Express with tracking on line! When I had a question about my order, I was surprised to find their customer service open on Sunday! This was a big convenience for me personally because I wouldn't be able to call them from work during the week. Haven't heard of too many other outfits whose customer service departments are open on Sunday, and they answered within a few minutes. Less on hold time than any other outfit I've dealt with before. In any case. the product arrived a few days later. I was exactly what I ordered and packed very well. Many compliments to Buydig. Can't see how it could be done any better.

I bought a Westinghouse 42" LCD flat panel television. After some on line research for prices I saw that Buy Dig had the best price on the item and it was in stock. My transaction was conducted entirely on line. I had no need to call for customer service. The item shipped quickly and was packed well. I had no problem with receiving e-mail updates or confirmations. I was very satisfied with the Buy Dig experience. I don't know what my experience would have been had there been a problem, but we had no problem and I have no complaints. I would purchase from them again.

I’ve spent an awful lot of time over the years shopping on the Internet. Buydig was one of my earliest choices. That was back in 2002 or there about. They rocked then and they rock even still. I have never had a company go the extra mile when it comes to customer service as they have. After the purchase, what’s left? I ordered a Nikon D80 with lens. The ordering process was smooth and the camera was delivered as promised. However, the camera body was defective. I e-mailed for a return authorization and received the authorization within one day. Buydig.com had two weeks to send the replacement but managed to send it out one business day after receipt of the defective camera - and this happened during the holiday rush!! They rescued my plans to take pictures over the holiday and I would definitely buy from these guys again!!
