The only issue I had with the tracking system was that I recieved an email confirming shipment on a Saturday and when I tried to confirm it on the following Monday, I was told by the tracking site the order had not been been picked up. It was delivered later that day.

Most of the time vendors are excellent, I can always find the right products for the right price, most of the time I also get free shipping, the points I accumulate are very helpful as well

As soon as I got home from watching a Lakers game at the Staple Center I ordered a Magic Johnson throwback jacket on buy.com.  Exactly a week after, I received the jacket.  As soon as I touched the jacket the material felt very different from the jacket I tried on at the lakers store (at the Staple Center). I did some research and found out the jacket is fake.  The lettering was not sewed properly and it was not the same material as I suspected.  NEVER again will I buy from buy.com and they refuse to give me a refund because I opened the package.  This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Buy.com and Paypal don't play nice so I ordered several books from different vendors,twice, and had all of the orders canceled the next day, twice. There was no problem with any of the vendors. The problem was between paypal and buy.com. I did eventually complete the same purchase at Amazon where payment was easier.

I had to contact customer service a few times because I was using a gift card for the payment method. The address onfile with AMEX didn't match. I managed to transfer the gift card in my name and address.That solved the problem and the order went throught. I appreciate the security measures that were taken even though it was an inconvenience at the time. All in all a good shopping experience.

Fortnum & Mason was my nightmare on Christmas 2011,

The goods had not arrived on time as promised although I ordered them 3 weeks in advance. We wanted mince pies for Christmas, they did not turn up. Customer services line was a big shock because I had to wait for 20 minutes at least. One month passed, I have still not received the refund, and I have to send several emails,only answers  I've got were someone will contact you. You can keep the refund Fortnum & Mason, You are the worst Christmas experience since I have been shopping online.

I purchased four of the same title books and was very pleased with the promptness of delivery. One of the 4 books had a plastic type cover that had been somehow sealed on the paperback cover. That one has sharp edges and hurts to hold in your hand and read. But I paid only $5 for it and have now trimmed the edges and hope putting clear dontac paper over them will make it easier to hold and read. Overall I am very pleased to get 4 of my very favorite book of all time to give to others at a bargain.

It came very fast- it was an amazing price and I love it!

I ordered a beige cat condo, and instead I received a blue cat condo. The color does not match the colors in my room, but because it weighs 68 pounds, which I can't lift, I am considering keeping it anyway, but I was very disappointed at receiving the wrong color.

The merchandise was first quality and exactly as advertised on the site. Order processing was quick and uncomplicated and even with free shipping, the merchandise arrived a day ahead of the already quick delivery promise. Excellent service overall!

I've bought from Buy.com in the past and never had a problem. This time that I bought, they decided that they wanted my signature for the shipment. Never asked me for it before. Of course i'm not at home to sign for it. Delayed the shipment by a day because of this. I happen to catch the Fedex guy the next day. They should inform us customers if a signature is required, so we can ship it to another address or something. They have great prices, but just will be careful when I buy from them next time.
